Join us for a festive Erev Rosh HaShanah Dinner.
Buffet menu catered by Cory Rockwood of The Hunger
- 48-Hour slow braised beef brisket with onions, apples, and pan gravy (not kosher)
- Chicken breast scallopini with lemon capers, crimini mushrooms, and spinach (kosher)
- Zucchini, carrot, and farro grain cakes with curry butternut squash gravy
- Summer greens with poached beets, honey crisp apples, and non-dairy feta with honey and lemon vinaigrette Quinoa with roasted vegetables and pomegranate molasses
- Roasted maple carrots tzimmes with raisins
- Roasted creamer potatoes with Brussels sprouts and non-dairy Parmesan

Guests are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner. We'll have corkscrews and wine glasses available.
